Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality and adherence to store policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks store environment.
• Oversee shift operations including beverage quality, food preparation, and cash handling.
• Ensure store safety, security, and adherence to policies while guiding team members.
