Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a coffeehouse team in a warm, community-focused environment. You will craft beverages, ensure quality food, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
• Ability to prepare and coach beverage/food to standard recipes or customized for customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space
• Provide quality beverages and food products and ensure store safety and cash handling
• Direct and coordinate tasks of team members to meet store goals
• Coach preparation of drinks and food per standard recipes or customer requests
