Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months in a role requiring constant customer interaction.
• At least six months delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space.
• Direct and coach team members during shifts to ensure great customer experience.
• Coordinate tasks of team members and delegate responsibilities.
• Uphold store policies and safety standards while delivering quality beverages.
