Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring customer interaction.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees.
• Prepare and coach food/beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Maintain store policies including cash handling and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during shifts and ensure quality beverages and food.
