• Six months' customer-facing experience.
• Six months' experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Direct and coach team to prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes.
• Ensure quality, safety, and customer service during all shifts.
• Manage tasks and coordinate two or more employees as needed.
