Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and supervise team to deliver quality beverages and food
• Ensure store policies, safety, and customer service standards are met
• Provide coaching and delegation to team members during shifts
