Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role with constant customer interaction.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes and customer customizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shifts with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience.
• Ensure store policies, safety, and security are followed with or without accommodations.
• Coach and supervise team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and flexible scheduling across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
