Qualifications

• Attend consistently and punctually, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Six months of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes and customize for customers.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members and coordinate the work of two or more employees.
• Ensure store policies, cash handling and safety standards are followed.
