Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming store environment for the community. The role focuses on preparing beverages to standard recipes, coaching staff, and maintaining quality and safety across all operations.

Successful candidates will have at least 6 months of customer-interaction experience and a proven ability to delegate tasks to teammates, while upholding store policies and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the Starbucks coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security during shifts.
• Direct and coordinate the tasks of team members to meet store operations policies and standards.
