• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and meet store policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Prepare and coach beverages/food to standard recipes.
• Delegate tasks to two or more employees and coordinate staff.
• Ensure cash handling, safety and security compliance.
