You will supervise the cafe team, coordinate tasks, and coach partners to deliver quality beverages and food while maintaining safety and store policies. This role requires reliable attendance, flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and prior experience in customer-facing settings.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
