Qualifications

• Minimum six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Experience in cash handling and maintaining store safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of team members during shifts.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety.
