Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months in a role with customer interaction and service requests.
• Six months of delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks store.
• Direct and coach team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure beverages and food are prepared to standard recipes and customer specifications.
