Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead shift operations with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will coach partners, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold store standards, policies, and safety with supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role or similar.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality, with/without accommodations.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Delegate tasks to others and coordinate work for 2+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members on shift to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Coach and support staff to prepare beverages and food to standards.
• Ensure cash handling, store safety, and policy compliance.
• Create a welcoming, community-focused store environment.
