Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer-specific changes

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, and maintain cash handling and store safety
• Supervise and coordinate tasks for teammates to meet store goals
• Build relationships with customers and work as part of a team
