Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required, with or without accommodation
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays
• Adhere to store policies: cash handling, safety, quality beverages/food
• 6+ months customer-facing experience
• 6+ months delegating tasks to two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks store
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain service standards
• Ensure quality beverages and food and adherence to store policies
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and store safety
