Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring consistent customer interaction.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and direct the work of team members.
• Ensure quality beverages and food per recipes and customer requests.
• Coach and delegate tasks to staff to maintain service standards.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and store safety policies.
