Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a Shift Supervisor in Albuquerque, NM to lead the team with craft and heart, ensuring warm, welcoming service and high-quality beverages and foods.

This role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus at least six months of customer-facing experience; you will coach staff, uphold store standards, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: direct the work of others, learn quickly, effective oral communication, retail environment awareness, strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, relationship building.
