Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others; strong interpersonal skills; effective oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of two or more employees to ensure smooth shifts.
