Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a shift supervisor to lead cafe operations with craft and heart. You will guide a team, ensure quality beverages and food, handle cash, and uphold store safety while delivering the warm, welcoming experience our partners and customers expect.

This role requires 6 months of customer service experience, ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and a focus on teamwork, communication, and coaching

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.

• At least 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• Able to coach and delegate tasks to other employees.
• Ability to lead a team and direct work of others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Lead shift and direct the work of others to meet store standards.
• Provide quality beverages and food products and uphold store safety and security policies.
• Meet store operating policies and standards with accuracy and consistency.
