Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customize for customers.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Ability to lead and direct the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and maintain a welcoming store environment.
