Direct the activities of associates on a shift, provide training, and ensure policy and procedures are followed. Prior supervision in catering is preferred; strong communication, training, customer service and food service skills are essential.

• Ability to coordinate and manage shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure job expectations are met with policy compliance.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and monitor quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serve as the contact for employee requests and time-off discussions.
• Mentor employees and encourage career advancement within the organization.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
