Qualifications

• Prior leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and oversee daily food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers and reward or address performance as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Serve as the contact for employee requests and time-off notes.
• Mentor staff and support career growth within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
