Qualifications

• Experience leading a food service operation.
• Ability to train and schedule staff.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and monitor quality, productivity and safety.
• Be the point of contact for staff with complaints or time-off requests.
