Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and quality standards.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address disciplinary issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as a primary contact for staff with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
