Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking versatile and adaptable candidates to become our Shift Supervisors. This full-time supervisory role requires open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with shifts starting as early as 7 am and ending as late as 10 pm.

The Retail Center Shift Supervisor will lead associates and teams across the entire retail center, monitor safety, customer focus, product flow, and store appearance, and manage breaks.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, production, manufacturing or similar industries preferred.
