Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Fort Wayne is seeking a Supervisor to lead a shift (M–F, 6am–2:30pm), overseeing loading and unloading freight and the assembly of server racks and components across multiple systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3–6 years in material handling; you will supervise associates, manage cycle counts, safety, and process improvements while coordinating with customers and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production associates performing loading/unloading of freight.
• Accounts for materials using multiple systems and oversees assembly of server racks and components.
• Oversees cycle counts, inventory replenishments and material returns.
• Ensures safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property.
• Advises subordinates with questions or problems in work activities.
• Monitors work and checks production areas for accuracy and policy conformance.
