Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Fort Wayne seeks a Supervisor to lead production associates during loading/unloading and the installation of server racks. The role requires strong leadership and a focus on safety and accuracy.

You will oversee cycle counts, inventory replenishments and material returns, while ensuring policy compliance and timely issue resolution. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with 3–6 years in material handling operations preferred.

• Recommends and implements documented changes to procedures to improve efficiency, quality and safety.
• Performs or assists subordinates in performance of duties.
