The role includes supervising production associates, ensuring safety, accuracy, and adherence to procedures while coordinating with site stakeholders. The base pay ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 per year, with eligibility for DSV benefits.

Qualifications

• Supervises production associates and oversees loading/unloading freight.
• Monitors inventory, cycle counts, and material returns.
• Enforces safety measures and procedure compliance.
• Mentors subordinates and answers work-related questions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees cycle counts, inventory replenishments and material returns.
• Ensures safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property.
• Advises subordinates with questions or problems in any aspect of work activities.
• Monitors work and examines production areas for accuracy and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Recommends and implements changes to procedures to improve efficiency, quality and safety.
• Performs or assists subordinates in performance of duties.
