Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Woburn is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at Ego, delivering warm guest service and coaching the team to excellence.

You will host guests, supervise shifts, train staff, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards, while enjoying flexible shifts, brand discounts, pension, and holiday entitlements.
