Shift Supervisor

Responsible for providing supervisory leadership in the absence of store management. Typically, authority is assigned on an individual shift basis.

Job Duties

• Fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• Carry out opening and closing procedures in the absence of store management
• Supervise store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities in the absence of store management
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: Associate Degree or higher

Experience

• Preferred: 2 or more years of experience in a related position

Special Conditions of Employment

• Drug test
• Initial and ongoing exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation

$16.00 - $17.36 per hour. The final offer will be based on relevant skills, experience, and education. KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. complies with all applicable wage laws.
