MHA (Mental Health Association) in Massachusetts seeks a Shift Supervisor for our community residential program. You will lead staff on shift, model professional behavior, and ensure services align with agency policies while empowering participants toward recovery and independent living.
You will coordinate care, administer medications per MAP standards, assist with daily living activities, document progress, and collaborate with the Program Supervisor.
The Shift Supervisor provides a supportive environment in a community residential setting, empowering participants with mental illness in their goals of recovery and rehabilitation. Focus on strengths and resiliency through person-centered planning while ensuring services align with the agency's mission, policies, program funding, and applicable regulations.
$20-$22 an hour
Tuesday through Saturday 10am-6pm (40hrs)
The Division of Recovery Services (DRS) supports individuals of all ages navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Our youth residential programs provide a safe, structured environment for adolescents involved with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to address behavioral health needs. For adults, DRS offers residential and outreach support for those in recovery or living with addiction, including many with co-occurring mental health concerns. Through compassionate, trauma-informed care, we help individuals build coping skills, restore stability, and work toward long-term recovery and wellness.
