Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Shawnee, KS to lead store crew during the early shift and ensure excellent customer service. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, and help maximize sales while maintaining Braum's standards for food quality and safety.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, and at least 21 years old with retail experience. This full-time role reports to the Assistant Manager and offers benefits and growth opportunities.

(annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Shift Supervisor's role

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
