Job summary

Braum's is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Sand Springs, OK. The role oversees shift operations across Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales, while coaching the crew to deliver a great customer experience.

Minimum 1 year experience; 5:30 am - 3:00 pm shifts; annual pay ~ $35.5k–$37k. Reports to Assistant Manager; compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability and vacation benefits.

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.

• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
