Job summary

Braum's Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store crews during a 5:30 am – 3:00 pm shift.

You will coach teammates, ensure excellent customer service and food quality, and oversee daily shift operations across Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain areas. Qualified candidates bring at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a proactive approach to training, teamwork and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory/lead role in a retail or food service setting.
• High school diploma required or GED completed.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to train and coach staff.
• Ability to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.

Responsibilities

Shift Supervisor Restaurant - Food Service Supervisor - Management

Position:

Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience:

1 year

Shift:

5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation:

$14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Shift Supervisor's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
