Job summary

Braum's Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Salina location to lead the food service and overall shift operations. This role focuses on coaching crew members, maintaining top product quality and customer service to drive sales.

The position requires at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and availability for an early shift from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm. Competitive hourly pay with a 45-hour work week accompanies strong benefits.

Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience:

1 year

Shift:

5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation:

$14.50 - $15.00

(annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Shift Supervisor's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices is implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.

Assistant Manager
