Job summary

Braum's Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Springfield, MO location. The role leads the store crew, oversees shift operations across food service, grocery and fountain sales, and drives customer satisfaction to maximize sales.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, be 21+, and demonstrate leadership, trainability and reliability. The schedule is rotating with a 45-hour week; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more.

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $15.50 - $16.00

(annually $38,000 - $39,500)

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
