Job summary

Braum's in Salina, KS is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store crew, coach teammates and oversee daily operations to ensure a great customer experience and maximize sales.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to work 5:30 am–3:00 pm, about 45 hours weekly. Compensation ranges from $14.50 to $15.00 per hour.

5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation:

$14.50 - $15.00
(annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Shift Supervisor's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food
  quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function,
  grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels,
  kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies
  and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
