Sonoco in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Shift Supervisor responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance on the assigned shift. You will lead hourly employees, coach and develop the team, and coordinate production scheduling to meet customer demands.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools like SPS, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing while managing overtime and inventory to optimize performance.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, as a Shift Supervisor, you are accountable for safety, quality, productivity, material handling, cost performance and employee for assigned shift.
This position is located in Pine Bluff, AR.
The annual base salary range for this role is from $93,600 to $105,300, plus quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
