Sonoco is seeking a Production Worker in Tulsa, OK. The role involves working in the tube and core division, with 2nd shift (3 pm–11 pm) or 3rd shift (11 pm–7 am) and the possibility of overtime. Entry-level with progression opportunities to Finishing Operator I.
You must be dependable and capable of spotting defects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, troubleshooting, making process adjustments, and maintaining a safe, clean work area.
Position: Production Worker Location: Tulsa, OK Pay: $20.40/hr (shift differentials -2nd Shift - 50¢ 3rd Shift - 75¢) Shifts available: 2nd shift hours are 3 pm to 11 pm M-F or 3rd shift hours are 11 pm to 7 am M-F (Begins Sunday night at 11 pm) Note: These are entry level positions that will progress to Finishing Operator I

While reporting to the shift supervisor you will work in production for our tube and core division and be responsible for working in a quick and safe manner. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. You must have a proven record of success in a fast-paced environment. You must have the ability to work with various teams and have a good eye to spot defects in the packing line. You will take pride in your personal hands‑on and analytical abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail.
