Job summary

Wendy's in Ocala, FL is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead and support our restaurant team in delivering Fresh, Quality Wendy's menu items. You will supervise daily operations, coach team members, and help ensure fast, friendly service during day and night shifts.

Experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant is preferred, and we offer training and professional development opportunities within Southeast Restaurant Group, a Wendy's franchisee with 50 locations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Manager or Supervisor experience in a restaurant preferred.
