Job summary

Wendy's in the Southeast Restaurant Group franchise is seeking a Shift Manager to lead and support our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will help maintain quality, training, and daily operations across day and night shifts.

Candidates with at least 1 year of managerial or supervisory restaurant experience are preferred. A pathway for training and professional development is available within the Wendy’s organization.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Manager or Supervisor experience in a restaurant.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team in serving customers and ensuring quality.Assist in training and professional development for staff.
• Ensure smooth daily operations across shifts (day, night, flexible schedules).
