Job summary

Ron Jon Surf Shop Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead front-line sales with strong communication and customer service. This role shops the sales floor, back-of-house operations and acts as fill-in store management.

A minimum of 1 year retail supervisor experience is preferred. The position offers a 40-hour workweek with two consecutive days off and includes benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, associate discounts, educational

• Previous leadership experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Provide enjoyable, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers.
• Working with other store associates to keep our store clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Processing sales transactions in a quick and friendly manner.
• Be able to be stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Reach, carry, bend and climb ladders occasionally.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

This role works front line sales setting the example for our team displaying good salesmanship and positive customer interactions, helps manage the sales floor, back of house functions and acts as fill in store management. This position requires strong communication skills, work ethic and leadership skills. A positive and professional demeanor is required. Must have 1 year of retail supervisor experience to be considered. This position is a 40 hour a week schedule with 2 consecutive days off.
