Job summary

Ron Jon Surf Shop in Pensacola Beach seeks an Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead the sales floor, coach the team, and manage daily store operations during peak periods. You will review inventory, coordinate with the stock team, and ensure a visually exciting, guest-ready environment for shoppers.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ year of management experience and 3-5 years of retail experience, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work a varied schedule including weekends and evenings.

• Ability to stand, move, bend, reach, carry, and occasionally climb ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and support associates during busy store traffic.

• Review inventory levels and coordinate product flow with the stock team.
