Ron Jon Surf Shop at Disney Springs in Orlando, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the sales floor, coach associates on product knowledge and guest engagement, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience.
• 3-5 years of retail experience.
• Ability to stand, move, bend, reach, carry, and occasionally climb ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings and limited holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead the sales floor and support associates during busy store traffic.
• Coach associates on product knowledge, salesmanship and customer engagement.
• Review inventory levels and coordinate product flow with the stock team.
• Manage daily schedules, coverage and overall store operations.
