Ron Jon Surf Shop Clearwater Beach is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to deliver friendly, informed service to guests in a busy retail environment. You will partner with teammates to maintain an appealing store, assist guests at the register, and help with displays and stock in a fast-paced, tourist-heavy location.

The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Weekend, holiday, and evening shifts may apply based on the schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
