Job summary

Pretium Packaging is seeking a hands‑on 3rd Shift Supervisor for our St. Charles, Illinois plant. The role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency and will cover 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM with occasional weekends.

You will oversee shift operations, staffing, scheduling, and quality control to ensure safe, efficient production of plastic containers. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in plastics, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with IQMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish is required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in plastics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations, including production schedules and staffing.
