Job summary

Pretium Packaging is seeking a Plastics Manufacturing Production Supervisor for the third shift in St. Charles, IL. You will own the shift plan, align staffing and changeovers, and ensure output targets while maintaining safety and GMP standards.

You’ll coach a diverse team, onboard new hires, cross-train operators, and collaborate with maintenance and quality to improve flow and reduce waste. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience in plastics manufacturing.
• Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience with injection and/or blow molding preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and judgment for off-hours operations.
• Proficiency with IQMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own the night shift plan: staffing, production schedules, and changeovers.
• Champion safety and GMP on the production floor.
• Coach and onboard new hires; cross-train operators.
• Monitor processes, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality to improve flow and reduce waste.
• Conduct regular performance check-ins and formal reviews.
• Pursue continuous improvement in plastics manufacturing.
