Pretium Packaging, L.L.C. is seeking a hands-on 3rd Shift Supervisor for our plant in St. Charles, Illinois.

The role requires bilingual Spanish skills and will cover 10:00 pm to 6:30 am with occasional weekends. You will supervise daily shift operations, ensure safety and quality, and mentor staff to maintain efficient production of plastic containers. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a plastics supervisory role, strong leadership, and proficiency with IQMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: speak, read and write Spanish.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role within plastics.
• In-depth knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Plant-floor presence to manage a diverse team.
• Ability to analyze and solve shift issues.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations including production schedules, staffing and quality control.
