Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden in Austin, TX is hiring a Shift Supervisor/Key Hourly to support restaurant operations and help manage a fast-paced shift. This role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring high quality food is prepared and served, with hands-on training, growth opportunities, and flexible hours.

Applicants must be 18+, have 1+ year of restaurant supervisory experience, and be eligible to work in the United States.

• Must be 18 years of age, or older (based on local restrictions)
• 1+ years of current restaurant supervisor experience
• Must be eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in running the restaurant as a keyholder and oversee shift operations
• Ensure high quality food is prepared and served, supervising front of house and back of house staff
• Provide hands-on training and support for team members during assigned shifts
